Have You Been Wondering If It’s Worth The Effort?

Do you have visions of daily uninterrupted Bible reading, but it never goes smoothly or how you planned?

You know, you finally sit everyone down and start reading your verses, but then everything quickly unravels?

You aren’t alone! It happens to us frequently.

But, before you throw in the towel and put the Bible back on the shelf, take a listen to this week’s podcast.

My second oldest daughter, Esther, joins me on this episode to share her teenage perspective on Advent, living room worship, and reading the Bible together. She and Hannah had a front seat view as Sarah, and I learned to navigate this rhythm since they were toddlers.

We are grateful to engage them as leaders of our times together, and they are quick to bring a lively discussion to our conversations.

Their spiritual growth and participation in our family culture have encouraged us as we continue to fight for the time to invest in reading God’s Word with our family.

Remember, Scripture is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, and will bring change to the hearts and minds that receive the spoken Word!

TESTIMONIAL

Words can hardly express how much I appreciate your teaching at our Sunday school class and your sharing of your notes, and the most important, your encouragement.”
Shu Schiller

After watching your video, I started praying with my wife again.  We’re doing it and are encouraged to refresh our vision and prayer life together.

This ministry is so needed in the body of Christ.  It’s so practical and doable, but I’ve not seen anything like it.

OUR VALUES

Our assignment is to envision, empower, equip and encourage families to foster cultures of prayer in their homes.
We’re focusing on empowering families one by one. In everything we do, we’re targeting the shift that goes from not doing it to realizing walking in the desired destiny for your home.
We’d love to start the conversation and learn how we could link arms with you to see families envisioned and empowered to carry out family worship in their homes.
